Campaign Internship Description
Interns will have a unique, challenging and informative experience learning about how to run a
successful grassroots campaign. With a set schedule on the campaign, interns will be able to take on leadership roles on a number of ongoing projects and tasks including:
1. Grassroots Organization and Voter Outreach
2. Volunteer Recruitment and Retention
3. Policy Research
4. Social Media and Developing an Online Presence
5. Earned Media Events
6. Targeting and Voter History Research
7. Personalized Mailings
8. Coalition Building
9. Fundraising and Event Turnout
Flexible hours are available to accommodate schedules, but a minimum of 10- 15 hours per week is required for the position. Additionally, applicants are required to have experience with MS Word and Excel.
